Sabrecraft Marine Sdn Bhd is a Company in Malaysia specialised in building aluminium boats for sales within Malaysia and for export overseas.

We are centrally located just outside Kuala Lumpur in Port Klang with a large yard, right on the water.

The current team have a wealth of knowledge in the construction of plate aluminium boats right up to 60 meter vessels and steel vessels up to 120 meters

Design

Sabrecraft Marine Sdn Bhd offers a fully customised design service.  This is carried out with our in-house Naval Architectural team and accredited Naval Architects. Refer to Our Design Services page for more information

As well as our extensive range of standard designs we understand your needs for a boat that is custom built to meet your personal needs. We can build to your plans or assist you with designing that special purpose vessel.

We provide quality assurance framework for the design and manufacturing processes within our organisation to operate effectively and ensure that all vessels and components meet requirements, including design change control

All the materials used and workmanship comply fully with Australian Standards as well as International Standards such as DNV/BV where required.

All of the aluminium we use is Class Approved to either DNV,ABS or BV using high tensile 5083-H116 precision CNC routers to ensure exacting standards.

All of our machinery is state of the art Twin Pulse Inverter MIG/MAG giving optimum weld penetration with zero distortion and a very neat appearance.

Procedure

Once we receive the aluminium sheets we have the parts required cut ready for assembly.

The assembly of most small boats up to 7.50 meters generally takes around three to four weeks to complete ready for painting and shipping.

Shipping from Malaysia to any country is around 3 to 4 weeks on the water.
